On November 9, 2015, an Agreement on scientific research cooperation was signed between the Ivo Pilar Institute of Social Sciences and the Roma National Council. The Agreement was signed on behalf of the Institute by its Director Vlado Šakić, and on behalf of the Roma National Council by the Executive Director David D. Orlović.
